CNC fabrication for ACM panels.
Our fabrication knowledge comes from decades of hands-on ACM and CNC router experience. We prepare information, check it, then cut and form panels that fit the drawing.
From file to finished panel
Approved drawings become CNC files. Panels are routed, grooved and folded, then identified and grouped by installation sequence. We check information before releasing material to production, which is how we keep rework and waste low.
Complex shapes, consistent quality
Three-dimensional folds, perforated sheets and custom geometries are part of the work. We plan them in the model first, so the shop is executing a known result.
