How the system is built
The model above shows the main parts of the Slim Tray System: the ACM face sheet, formed trays, filler strips and the support profiles at the start, front and back of the assembly. Open the exploded view to see each layer.
Why it matters
- Every part has a defined role and position, which makes panels easier to identify and sequence
- Information from the 3D model carries through to fabrication and the installation map
- Fewer improvised decisions on site
Each project is reviewed and detailed for its own conditions. Performance and suitability are confirmed per project with the design team.
