Curves soften a building and set it apart. We model, fabricate and install curved ACM panels for columns, canopies, bands and round corners, with the same attention to joints and alignment as on any flat facade.
Curves that read as continuous
On a curved surface every joint shows. We lay out the panel breaks in the 3D model so the lines flow around the curve, and we check each radius before any panel is cut or formed.
Columns, canopies and bands
Curved ACM works wherever the architecture bends: round columns, canopy and soffit edges, color bands that wrap a corner and curved walls. Curved panels combine with flat panels in the same facade, as in the photos on this page.
Detailed before it is built
Curved geometry leaves little room for improvisation. We work from field measurements, develop the panel geometry and the supporting details digitally, and identify every piece, so the crew installs what was approved, in the right order.
Honest about what is feasible
Minimum radius, panel size and finish depend on the material and on how the panel is formed. We tell you early what is feasible and suggest adjustments before the design is locked.

Can ACM panels be curved?
Yes. ACM can be formed into curves for columns, canopies and curved walls. The achievable radius depends on the material and the forming method, and we confirm it for your project.
Can curved and flat panels be used together?
Yes. Curved areas are often combined with flat panels on the same facade, as in the photos on this page.
Do you install curved panels too?
Yes. We handle measurement, detailing, fabrication coordination and installation, so the curve is resolved in one process.
